Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Premium IPTV ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and protects information you share when you visit our website, place an order or contact our support team. By using our service you agree to the practices described below. We last updated this policy in May 2026.
1. Information we collect
We only collect the data we need to deliver the service:
- Contact details — name, email, phone, optional WhatsApp number, preferred language. Used to activate your subscription and reach you for support.
- Order details — the plan(s) you chose, duration, currency, amount, and any notes you sent us during checkout.
- Device information — device type, IP address and browser data captured by standard server logs.
- Communications — messages you send us by email, contact form, WhatsApp or live chat, plus our replies.
- Cookies — see Section 5.
2. How we use your information
We use the data above to:
- Confirm orders, deliver IPTV credentials and activate your service.
- Provide technical and billing support.
- Send transactional messages (order confirmation, renewal reminder, troubleshooting).
- Improve our website, plans and recommendations.
- Meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
3. Legal basis
We process your data on the following grounds: (a) performance of a contract — to deliver the IPTV plan you purchased; (b) your consent — for optional cookies and marketing emails; (c) legitimate interest — to keep the service secure, prevent fraud and improve our offering; (d) legal obligation — for invoicing and tax records.
4. Data retention
We keep order and billing records for as long as required by tax law in our jurisdiction (typically 7 years). Support conversations are kept for up to 24 months after your last interaction. Anonymous analytics data may be retained indefinitely. You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time — see Section 7.
5. Cookies
Our cookie banner lets you accept, refuse or customize cookies. We use four categories:
- Strictly necessary — login, cart, checkout. Always on.
- Audience measurement — anonymous traffic statistics. Off by default.
- Content personalisation — plan and channel recommendations. Off by default.
- Personalised advertising — partner ads. Off by default.
You can change your choices any time by clicking the "Cookie settings" button at the bottom-left of the site.
6. Third-party services
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the service:
- WhatsApp Business / Baileys — for order activation and support.
- OpenAI — to power our AI assistant (only the conversation content is sent, never your account credentials).
- Payment processors / bank transfer — used at our discretion based on your region.
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy and is bound by an appropriate data-processing agreement.
7. Your rights
Depending on your country (GDPR for the EU, CCPA for California, and similar laws elsewhere) you have the right to: access your data, ask for correction or deletion, restrict processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Send any request to privacy@premium-iptv.com and we will reply within 30 days.
8. Security
Personal data is stored on encrypted disks behind authenticated access. Passwords are hashed (bcrypt). Backups are encrypted at rest. We will notify affected users without undue delay in case of a confirmed data breach involving personal information.
9. International transfers
Our servers are located in the EU. If you contact us from another region your data may be transferred and processed there under safeguards equivalent to GDPR.
10. Children
Our service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally — for example after a new product feature or a regulatory change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version. Material changes will be notified by email to customers with an active subscription.
