Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Premium IPTV (the "Service"). By placing an order or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Last updated May 2026.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your country) to purchase a subscription. By creating an account or completing a checkout you confirm that the information you provided is accurate and that you have the legal authority to enter into a contract.
2. The Service
Premium IPTV provides access to live TV channels and on-demand video over the internet. Channels and on-demand content come from licensed content distributors. We do our best to keep the line-up stable but channel availability may change because of upstream provider decisions, sports rights windows, or technical issues outside of our control.
3. Subscriptions and pricing
Subscriptions are offered as fixed-term plans (e.g. 1, 3, 6 or 12 months). The price you see at checkout is the total price for the entire term. Subscriptions do not auto-renew — when your term ends, the service stops until you place a new order. Promotional pricing or trial offers are explicitly labelled and may have specific conditions noted on this site.
4. Activation and credentials
After payment we deliver activation credentials (M3U URL, Xtream codes, MAG portal, or app login as appropriate) by WhatsApp or email, usually within minutes. Each subscription is licensed for one concurrent stream by default — additional connections can be purchased. Your credentials are personal and confidential.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share your credentials with people outside your household.
- Resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute the Service.
- Use the Service to broadcast in public venues without an appropriate commercial agreement.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, mirror or otherwise extract our channel lists.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes others' rights.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with no refund.
6. Internet connection and devices
IPTV is delivered over the internet. You are responsible for providing a stable internet connection that meets the minimum bitrates listed in our FAQ (5 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K), a compatible device, and the player app of your choice. We support the apps and devices listed in our installation guide; other apps may work but are not officially supported.
7. Support
Support is provided in English, French and Arabic via WhatsApp, email and live chat. Response time targets are 1 hour during business hours and within 24 hours otherwise. Support includes installation, troubleshooting and channel issues; it does not include router configuration, ISP-level fixes, or modifications to your device firmware.

See our Refund Policy for full details. In short: try the €0.99 trial first; full subscriptions are refundable within 48 hours of activation if we cannot deliver the Service.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including the website design, code, brand and content, is owned by Premium IPTV or licensed to us. Channel logos and programming belong to their respective broadcasters. Nothing on this site grants you ownership of any of these materials.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that channel line-ups are complete, that streams will be uninterrupted, or that any specific channel will remain available throughout your subscription. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the subscription giving rise to that claim.
11. Privacy
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. The "last updated" date will always reflect the latest version. If we make material changes we will notify active subscribers by email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of our country of incorporation. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct contact will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
