Refund Policy
We want every customer to enjoy uninterrupted streaming. If something is wrong, our support team will help you resolve it first. If that fails, this policy explains how refunds work. Last updated May 2026.
1. Free trial first
Before committing to a longer subscription we strongly recommend the €0.99 / 24-hour free trial. It uses the same servers and channel list as our paid plans and is the safest way to confirm that the service works on your devices and internet connection.
2. When you are eligible for a refund
You may request a refund within 48 hours of activation if all of the following apply:
- You have completed a basic troubleshooting attempt with our support team — restart the player, re-login, check internet speed (5 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K), and try a different device.
- The service is not delivering channels at all, or the majority of the channels in your plan are unavailable for technical reasons attributable to us (not your ISP, VPN or device).
- You did not redeem a free trial for the same email/phone number — trial purchases are non-refundable.
3. When refunds are not available
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Free trial orders (€0.99) — these are designed as a service preview.
- Buyer's remorse, change of mind, or no longer wanting the service.
- Issues caused by your internet connection, ISP throttling, or country-level restrictions.
- Use of unsupported player apps, modified firmware or unstable hardware.
- Requests made more than 48 hours after activation.
- Accounts that violate our Terms of Service (sharing credentials, reselling, etc.).
4. How to request a refund
Send your request via the support channels below. Include:
- Your order number (format
IPTV-YYYYMMDD-XXXXXX). - The email and phone number used at checkout.
- A short description of the problem and the troubleshooting you already tried.
- Screenshots or a short video if possible.
Our team will reply within one business day.
5. Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank-transfer payments are refunded by bank transfer to the same account. We refund the amount you paid us; we do not refund third-party fees (currency conversion, payment processor) that we never received.
6. Partial credits and replacements
If only a portion of your subscription is affected — for example a specific channel is temporarily down — we typically offer a free extension of your subscription instead of a partial cash refund. Most customers prefer this option because it gets them back to streaming faster.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, your account will be suspended pending review. We work hard to resolve every issue directly — please contact support before disputing a charge with your bank.
